About us
We met at a BBC Innovation Lab in 2007, when Kathryn was a consultant and Frank was co-running Limitless Innovations.
Ten years later, after both working in a mixture of start-ups, non-profits and commercial organisations, and noticing that organisations found managing personal data a challenge, and with GDPR looming, we founded Corrick Wales & partners LLP.
Our work has since expanded far beyond GDPR. We now support organisations, leaders and teams developing innovative software and services for complex or high-risk areas. These have included mental health, diversity & inclusion, and net zero.
We blend the best of start-up thinking from Lean and Agile delivery models, modern engineering principles and an innovative user-oriented practice with consideration for enterprise security and scaling. With our combination of skills and experiences we bring a holistic view of digital and data innovation and strategy. We can help you whatever age or stage your organisation is at.
We’re based in France and Scotland and work both remotely and in-person in the UK and Europe.

A COO, innovator and strategist, specialising in data, training and capability building. Kathryn has had a career of working in the creative industries, start-ups, innovative businesses, and civic technology organisations, helping them transform, create powerful data and digital strategies, and bringing their visions to life. Working alongside leaders to build products, services and teams from the ground up. She brings a systematic, human-centred, compliance conscious approach to considering problems and how data can be applied to them.

A CTO, innovator and technologist with a formal science education, specialising in retail, energy and product development. With four decades of professional software design and development experience, Frank brings a technically achievable approach to getting your product to market. Frank’s broad knowledge of data handling technologies, development techniques and business processes means he often bridges the gaps between systems, between teams, and between IT and business.
