We’re a small business working in the technology sector, and we recognise the widespread lack of diversity apparent in the field, and work to challenge against that where we can. This includes how we present ourselves, and how we recruit for ourselves and clients.
At the heart of who we are and how we work is our commitment to collaborating with people from many different backgrounds, perspectives and skill sets, and ensuring that everyone feels seen, heard and supported.
We believe that technology and systems must be designed around the needs of customers, staff and other stakeholders. To ensure this happens, our approach is to help define and design systems that are built around those needs.
Our work with clients has included tackling issues of equality, diversity and inclusion, such as mental health, employment, skills and statistical data collection for a better understanding of how people are represented.
